辽河双6区块储气库水平井钻井与完井技术

辽河油区地质条件复杂,尤其是东部断陷盆地形成复杂破碎的断块构造加上储层复杂多变的陆相河流相沉积,给储气库建设带来了较大的难度.鉴于此,开展了枯竭油气藏双6区块储气库水平井钻完井技术研究,在有利部位优选主力层段部署水平井10口.针对储气库水平井钻井完井技术难点,进行井身结构和套管柱强度设计.施工中采用φ210mm 1.5°单弯螺杆(带φ308mm球扶)钻具和MWD仪器,采取滑动钻进和复合钻进方式进行造斜井段施工；采用φ172mm 1°和1.25°小度数单弯螺杆(带φ212mm球扶)钻具和LWD仪器进行水平井段施工.同时还采取了有针对性的油层保护技术以及安全钻井技术.技术套管固井采用双级注水泥固井工艺,为了保证固井质量,研发了防窜水泥浆体系——胶乳体系.通过现场应用,形成了一套比较完整成熟的储气库井配套综合技术.

Technology of Horizontal Well Drilling and Completion in Gas Storage of Shuang6 Block in Liaohe Oilfield

Geologic condition in Liaohe oilfield is very complex.In particularly,complex broken block structure and complex fluvial facies sedimentation of the reservoir in eastern rift basin bring difficulty to gas storage construction.So,the technology of horizontal well drilling and completion is researched in the gas storage of depleted oil and gas reservoir Shuang6 block,and then ten horizontal wells are deployed in the optimized sections of favorable position.According to its technical difficulty,hole structure and strength of casing string are designed.Angle buildup interval is drilled by the way of sliding drilling and compound drilling using Ф210mm 1.5°single bend screw rod and MWD tool.Horizontal section is drilled using Ф172mm 1°and 1.25°single bend screw rod and LWD tool.Corresponding techniques on formation protection and safe drilling are adopted.Two-stage cementing technology is adopted for well cementation of technical casing.Latex system,anti-channeling cement slurry system,is developed for ensuring cement job quality.A set of entire and mature comprehensive technologies for the gas storage are formed after field application.
