摘    要:通过Hopkinson杆试验研究50SiMnVB钢在不同的热处理状态下和高应变率下材料的力学性能。结果表明,高应变速率时的应力-应变关系曲线大致呈应变软化型,即随应变的增加,流动应力先是增加,达到某一峰值应力后,又逐渐降低。通过对不同热处理态的微观组织观察,得出860℃淬火+600℃回火的综合力学性能最好。

Abstract:This paper studies the mechanical properties of 50SiMnVB steel under different heat treatment conditions and at high strain rates by Hopkinson pressure bar test.The results indicate that stress–strain curve shows strain softening at high strain rates.That is, with the increase of strain,flow stress increases first, when it reaches a peak, it gradually reduces.Finally, By ob- serving the microstructures under different heat treatment conditions ,we can draw a conclusion that the mechanical properties reach the best after quenching at 860 ℃ and tempering at 600 ℃.
