关于《水工混凝土结构设计规范》轴心受压和小偏压构件相关问题的探讨

摘    要:在电力行业标准DL/T 5057-1996《水工混凝土结构设计规范》的修订过程中,发现中外混凝土结构设计规范受压构件承载力计算公式的安全度设置水平存在较大差距.结合水工混凝土结构设计规范修订工作的需要,从相当安全系数的角度,对国内外混凝土结构设计规范中的轴心受压和小偏心受压构件承载力计算公式的安全度设置水平进行了分析和比较,提出了水工混凝土结构设计规范轴心受压和小偏心受压构件承载力计算公式的改进建议,可供水工混凝土结构设计规范修订时参考.

Abstract:It is found that there is a great difference on the setting of safety level in the formula of basic component bearing capacity between Chinese code and foreign code for design of concrete structures,when revising the power industry standard DL/T 5057-1996 Design code for hydraulic concrete structures.To meet the need of revising the current hydraulic standard,analysis and comparison of the setting of safety levels in the formulas of axial compression member and compression member with small eccentricity are made between Chinese code and foreign codes for design of concrete structures;some suggestions for improving the bearing capacity formulas of axial compression member and compression member with small eccentricity in the hydraulic standard are proposed so as to offer a reference to revising the design code for hydraulic concrete structures.
