电子式节能保护交流接触器

以单片机为基础,设计了结构上与交流接触器一体化的节能与保护模块,保证了交流接触器具有良好的节能无声运行及电子型电动机保护功能。介绍了节能模块的电源及控制器设计,并详细介绍了保护模块的软硬件设计。实测结果表明,接触器具有较好的节能效率及保护特性。

Design of Electronic AC Contactor with Energy-Saving and Protection

This paper designed an energy-saving and protection contactor module based on SCM. The module is integrated in AC contactor structuraly,which can ensure energy-saving and noiseless operation and electronic motor prolective fimction for the AC contactor. The design of power source and controller,the hardware and software design of protection module were designed. The practical test results show that the contactor has better efficiency and protective performance.
