低压断路器的限流性能与级联技术应用

摘    要:在线路发生短路故障时,通过断路器的限流技术可以限制短路电流,减少线路故障对电力设备的危害;同时还可以采用级联技术实现下级断路器分断大于其分断能力的短路电流,从而降低产品成本,提高经济效益.结合施耐德的Compact NSX塑壳断路器,对其限流能力和级联技术的原理和实现方法进行了研究分析,为配电系统的设计人员提供了一定的参考依据,以实现安全性能和经济效益的统一.

Abstract:When the short circuit fault occurs, the circuit breaker reduces line fault harm to power equipment by limiting the short-circuit current limiting technology, and achieve to break short circuit current greater than the breaking capacity by using cascade technology, which can reduce the product cost and improve economic benefit. Combinating Schneider moulded case circuit breaker Compact NSX, the current limiting technology and cascade technology were researched. The reference was provided for the distribution system designer to achieve the unity of safety performance and economic benefit. 4
