摘    要:太原钢铁(集团)有限公司生产的0Cr18Ni9不锈热轧带钢退火酸洗后钢卷表面局部发生锈蚀,严重影响产品的加工使用。通过盐雾腐蚀试验,研究了化学成分、夹杂物级别以及表面粗糙度等对0Cr18Ni9热轧板表面耐蚀性的影响。研究表明,钢中ω(Cr)≥17.5%、ω(S)≤0.005%、无表面夹杂物、以及具有低的表面粗糙度,可有效提高热轧不锈带钢的耐蚀性。

Abstract:The surface of 0CrlSNi9 stainless steel hot rolled strip occurred corrosion after annealing and pickling at Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co. , Ltd. , and it was seriously affected the post process. The influence of chemical composition , inclusion, surface roughness on the corrosion resistance property of strip had been studied by salt spray corrosion tests. The test results showed that ω(Cr)≥17. 5%,ω(S)≥0. 005% ,effective control of inclusion, decreasing surface roughness of strips would increase corrosive resistance property of strips.
