| 摘 要： | 分析了长圆柱形塑料外壳零件的工艺特点，介绍了适合该塑件注射成型的模具设计。提出了型腔哈夫块实现整体侧抽芯和点浇口采用单分型面脱模的结构特点。

| Abstract: | The technological characteristics of the long plastic column shell were analyzed, design of injection mold for molding the plastic part was introduced.There are two structure characteristics were put forward, including the integer side core-pulling mechanism of the half block with mold cavity and the demoulding mechanism of the pin-point gate using single parting surface. |
