Study of the perforation of reinforced concrete slabs by rigid missiles —Experimental study, part II

Within the frame work of surveys concerning the perforation of reinforced concrete walls carried out by Electricité de France, the Direction Centrale du Genie has been red to carry out perforation tests on slabs, at the scale of one-half. With the help of the national Navy equipment (guneery base and gun), the experimentation began in 1975. This paper is only a short summary of these experimentations, the results of which are still under way. The aim is to give a rough idea how the tests were developed for the performed shots and some of the main results.
