浅析农民收入低、增收慢的原因及对策

农民收入低、增长慢是由农业产业、经济政策和现行体制等原因造成的。为实现农民增收应大力发展粮食产业，积极推进农业结构调整；推进农村二、三产业发展，提高农民非农产业收入；建立开放统一的劳动力市场，为农村剩余劳动力创造公平的就业机会；加快推进农村各项体制改革，实现城乡一体化的教育体制。

Many reasons caused the problem of Chinese farmers' income incneases on a low and slow rate such as the agriculture industry,current political and economic policy. Solutions to this problem are as follows: giving priorities to the development of agriculture industry and the agricultural structure reforming; increasing farmers' income by improving the development of the second and third industry; providing equal work opportunity for the extra work force in countryside by creating a opening work force market; realizing the town-countryside education structure by the fast developing structure reforms in the countryside.
