摘    要:论述了18Cr2Ni4WA渗碳淬火齿轮弯曲疲劳特性的试验研究情况。试验采用3级恒定应力水平的成组法,拟合出的R—S—N曲线,获得了不同可靠度下的弯曲疲劳特性,为该材料齿轮的弯曲疲劳可靠性设计、有限寿命设计提供了真实可靠的基础数据。

Abstract:The experimental investigation of gear-tooth bending fatigue property for 18Cr2Ni4WA steel Gear with Carburization-Quench Hardening was reported. The grouping test method at three constant stress levels was applied for short life-span areas. The tested data were the processed with statistic method. The exact R-S-N curves were thus fitted as a result, the values of limit of bending fatigue under various reliabilities were gained.
