铸钢冷却壁破损原因探讨

摘    要:依据济南钢铁集团总公司第一炼铁厂4BF生产实践,介绍了高炉铸钢冷却壁的破损状况;分析了其破损的原因;提出了改善冷却壁材质及结构、改进水质、提高软水流量、强化炉体点检和优化炉内操作等一系列相关的处理措施。4BF的实践对铸钢冷却壁的广泛应用将有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The text introduces the damaged status of casting steel cooling stave and analyses its causation according to production practice of Jisteel's No.4 BF.It puts forward a series of correlative measures,for example,ameliorating the material and frame of cooling stave,improving water quality,increasing soft water flux,strengthening BF examination,optimizing BF operation,and so on.They have a definite guiding significance to broaden the application of casting steel cooling stave according to 4BF practice.
