HGB-1(2)型化学灌浆设备的研制

摘    要: 在总结化学灌浆经验和工程实践的基础上,研制出HGB-1(2)型化学灌浆设备。该设备利用自作用式原理,油缸和泵体作为执行元件,液压动能作为动力源,配以适当的电器控制系统,采用分体式结构,包括自动调速稳压变量泵和密闭的储浆送浆管路系统两个方面,可进行较长距离的控制并适合各种场地的化学灌浆作业,在三峡F215断层现场灌浆试验施工中取得了良好效果。

Abstract:On the basis of summarizing the chemical grouting experiences and engineering practices,the chemical grouting equipment marked type HGB 1(2) has been developed.The equipment was designed using self action principle,in which an oil cylinder and a pump were adopted as implement elements,liquid pressure kinetic energy was used as source of dynamic force,and a proper electronic control system was set.The separate structure was employed in the equipment,including an automatic governing,steady pressure and variable discharge pump and a close pipeline system for transfering and storing mortar.The equipment may be controlled for a long distance and can satisfy chemical grouting working in situ.Satisfactory results were obtained using the equipment during the treatment of fault F 215 of the Three Gorges.
