Abstract:Continuous Catalytic Reforming Unit(CCRU)is very important unit in the refinery.Chemical reaction is extremely complexity in CCR. There are plenty of variables which are usually multiple-variable coupling.Many variables are unmeasured by the normal instruments.For these reasons given above,the CCRU process control is especially difficult,and the result is not satisfied by the normal PID single variable control system.
