摘    要:首批引进的重型(390 MW级)燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组填补了国内空白,其配套的余热锅炉也采用引进技术.为更好地控制制造质量,我们对余热锅炉及其重点部件进行了监造.简要介绍了余热锅炉及其高压汽包的型式与工艺,借鉴国内燃煤锅炉的成熟监造经验,编制了高压汽包的监造方式、监造程序、监造内容及要求,重点总结了监造过程中发现的汽包接管座与内外壁制造质量问题及其处理情况,描写了首次水压试验失败过程、原因分析与跟踪处理,提出了目前仍然存在的疑虑,拟定了应对策略,以保证设备安全.

Abstract:The first imported groups of 390 MW class GTCC filled a civil blank.HRSG are introduced into the imported and advanced technology as one of the main machines.To control quality well,we supervised HRSG and its important parts,including HP Steam Drum.In this article we introduce the type and art of HRSG briefly,study out the supervision mode,procedure,item,contents and quality demands on the experience of the normal boilers with coal fuel.We summary the quality questions and the repainred process on the tube connections and inner/outside surface of HP steam drum.We describe the failure of the first hydraulic pressure test and analyze the reasons.We are anxious for the left or hidden troubles and bring forward the treatment proposals to ensure equipment safety.
