斩波串级调速系统主电路的分析

摘    要:通过从如何减小逆变器的装置容量入手,根据矿井提升机的工艺特点,给出了斩波串级调速系统逆变变压器容量的设计方法.分析了斩波串级调速系统的主电路,研究了基于斩波串级调速系统的逆变器容量.与普通串级调速系统相比,斩波串级调速系统逆变器的容量大为减小;大大改善了电机拖动系统的功率因数.

Abstract:From the angel of minimizing the inverse transformer capacity,a method to design inverse transformer capacity based on the technical features of mine-well hoist was given.Main circuit in chop-wave cascade speed-regulation system was analyzed.Inverter capacity based on chop-wave cascade speed-regulation system was studied.Compared with cascade speed-regulation system,inverter capacity of chop-wave cascade speed-regulation system was decreased,and power factor was increased greatly.
