摘    要:本文运用了故障树的理论和方法,对质量系统的失效模式进行了全面系统地分析和评价;建立了系统的结构函数,画出了故障树逻辑图,求出了系统的最小割集,并对系统进行了失效概率的定量计算,找出了引起质量系统失效的关键因素,对质量系统的改进和设计提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The theory and method of failure tree analysis (FTA) to analyze and diagnose systematically the failure model of quality control system are described. Structure function of the system is set up. FTA logical diagram is drawn in this paper. Minimal divisional group of the system is given. The failure probability is figured out. Key factors of quality control system are found out. It gives the quality control system a scientific criterion for its improvement and design.
