依达拉奉的应用进展

摘    要:依达拉奉是世界上首个被认可的自由基清除剂,其通过清除自由基及保护内质网机能等多种途径对缺血再灌注损伤,神经细胞凋亡、变性等神经系统疾病有一定的治疗作用,并可联合应用其他药物治疗急性脑梗死,疗效呈相加趋势。此外,依达拉奉通过清除自由基对肝脏具有一定的保护作用,对多种疾病可能具有应用价值,是一种颇有临床应用前景的自由基清除剂。

Abstract:Edaravone is a free radical scavenger that was at first approved in the world. Edaravone has the therapeutic effect on ischemia reperfusion injury, nerve cells apoptosis, apomorphosis and so on by scavenging free radicals and preserving endoplasmic reticulum dysfunction, et al. Combining edaravone with other drugs to treat cerebral infarction, the effect is more effective. In addition, edaravone can protect the liver by scavenging free radicals and may have application values to many kinds of diseases. Edaravone is a free radical scavenger with a brilliantp erspectivei n clinic.
