某锡石多金属硫化矿浮-重联合选矿试验

摘    要:针对矿石性质,采用优先选铜再选硫—尾矿分级重选—分级重选中矿再磨再选—硫精矿重选、浮选、磁选-锡石粗精矿浮选工艺对某锡石多金属硫化矿进行研究,分析了锡矿石的性质,考查了工艺技术指标。结果表明,该联合工艺处理可以获得锡品位和回收率分别为68.73%、47.93%的锡精矿,铜品位和回收率分别为12.92%、77.14%的铜精矿,以及砷品位和回收率分别为36.90%和48.85%的砷精矿,较好实现了锡、铜和砷等有价元素的综合回收。

Floatation-gravity combined ore dressing test of a cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore

Abstract:this paper studied a cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore by using the process of copper and sulfur preferential separation - classification and gravity separation of tailings - middlings regrind andSrecleaning - sulfur concentrate gravity,flotation,magnetic separation - flotation of mixed tin coarse concentrate,we also analyzed the properties of tin ore and investigated the technical index of the process .The results showed that the combined process was used to obtain tin concentrate with the grade and total recovery were 68.73% and 47.93% respectively,and copper concentrate with 12.92% and 77.14% respectively,and arsenic concentrate with 36.90% and 48.85%,preferably achieved the comprehensive recovery of valuable elements such as tin, copper and arsenic.
