摘    要:常规立磨机均采用高铬钢球作为研磨介质,设备的功率、容积及结构均与钢球相匹配,近年来随着纳米陶瓷研磨介质的成功开发应用,因其具有比重小、硬度高、节能且磨耗低的显著优势,在矿物细磨领域应用越来越多。为适应新型的陶瓷研磨介质,对传统立磨机进行了优化设计,开发了新型的KLM-L型立磨机并在云南某多金属矿取得应用,应用结果表明该立磨机具有介质消耗低、能耗低、衬板使用寿命长等优势。

Optimum Design and Application of Vertical Mill with Ceramic Grinding Medium

Abstract:The traditional vertical mill adopts high-chromium steel ball as the grinding medium, and the input power, volume and structure of the equipment match with the steel ball. In recent years, with the development and application of nanometer ceramic grinding medium, which has the significant advantages such as small proportion, high hardness, energy saving and low abrasion, the grinding medium has been increasingly applied in the field of mineral fine grinding. In order to adapt to the new ceramic grinding medium, the traditional vertical grinding machine was optimized, and a new KLM-L vertical grinding machine was developed and applied in a polymetallic mine in Yunnan provience, the application results show that the vertical mill has the advantages of low medium consumption, low energy consumption and long service life of liner.
