| 摘 要： | 本文以石龙广电HFC网络为基础,基于IP技术实现有线电视网和计算机数据网融合;同时利用下一代网络（NGN）技术,通过广东铁通软交换平台,解决了软交换中语音的QoS保障及穿透NAT/FW设备关键技术等相关问题,完整的设计实现了三网融合。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the merging of CATV & Internet access in ShiLong CATV HFC network with the application of IP technology.Then it introduces the application of NGN technology in the softswitch platform in CTT Guangdong branch,which solved the Qos problem and penetration through NAT/FW of voice service in softswitch network.The design and implementation of Triple Play is fully described in the article. |
