| 摘 要： | 针对余热利用系统仪表多，要求数据准确，控制精度高的特点，烧结余热利用控制系统采用连锁控制，即把关键数据作为可控对象，通过参数比较选择导通路径，实时调节控制程序；对关键设备进行并行控制，在信号处理和管理上采用冗余技术，进行设备故障诊断和无扰动切换，防止数据发生振荡或飘移，减少了故障停机时间。
