连锁控制及冗余技术在余热利用控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对余热利用系统仪表多,要求数据准确,控制精度高的特点,烧结余热利用控制系统采用连锁控制,即把关键数据作为可控对象,通过参数比较选择导通路径,实时调节控制程序;对关键设备进行并行控制,在信号处理和管理上采用冗余技术,进行设备故障诊断和无扰动切换,防止数据发生振荡或飘移,减少了故障停机时间。
