摘    要:潜油行星减速器是潜油螺杆泵采油系统中的重要传动部件,它要在高温、高压的工况下长时间连续稳定作业,基于常规机械设计,利用可靠性理论和计算机优化方法,建立潜油专用行星减速器可靠性优化的数学模型,通过Matlab软件的优化算法寻求最优设计参数,实现了进一步缩小减速器直径、增大日产油量和加长泵检周期的目的,从总体上提高了原油开采的经济效益。

Abstract:Oil-submersible planetary gear reducer is an important transmission component in the progressive cavity pumping system, which is required to work continuously under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. Based on the general principle of machine design, reliability optmization mathematical model for this kind of reducer is built up. The optimum parameters are obtained by means of optimization algorithm of Matlab software. The goal of reducing the outer diameter of reducer, enhancing the daily oil output and prolonging the period of pump-checking is achieved. The general economic profit of oil production is thus increased.
