摘    要:根据爆炸容器的具体物理及力学结构特点.建立了一套基于ISA总线和Top View 2000软件的爆炸容器动态应变虚拟仪器测试系统,运用应变计的双片重叠安装、密封屏蔽接线和隔离电源等综合技术实现了强电磁干扰环境下的动态应变精密测量.

Abstract:According to the physical and mechanical character of explosive containment vessel, a set of virtual instrument system based on ISA bus and TOP View 2000 software for measuring the dynamic strain of the vessel has been built. By using several comprehensive anti-interference technologies of the overlapping installation pattern of the bi-strain gauges, sealing and shielding of the wire connection, isolating the power supply etc, the precise measurement of the dynamic strain under intense electromagnetic interference has been successfully realized.
