摘    要:研究了电压后紧急控制中重要区域的分层布防的重要问题。重要区域布防框架包含了稳态时的防线在线布防和暂态时的防线动态压缩。以控制有效性为指标,围绕重要负荷展开的防线具有压缩嵌套的特点,而图论中的α算法具有嵌套分解的特点。文中结合两者提出了基于α分解的电压后紧急控制重要区域动态分层算法,能够满足大系统在线计算的需要。在IEEE 39系统中计算了重要区域防线在稳态时的在线布防,然后通过一系列故障仿真演示了防线在暂态时的动态压缩过程,表明通过该算法得到的在线布防和在线压缩能够保护重要区域的供电和其相关区域的电压稳定。

Abstract:Important problems about the hierarchical defending of important area in post-emergency voltage control are studied. The main framework of hierarchical defending includes on-line defending in steady state and dynamic reduction in transient state. With the control validity as an index, the defending line around the important area has the character of nesting and compressibility, so a new hierarchical defending algorithm is proposed, which is based on the a decomposing way of graph theory with nesting character, to meet the need of large-scale computing in real time. The defending algorithm is applied in IEEE 39-bus example system to achieve the defending line of important area. Then with the simulation of on-line compressing process of hierarchical defense line, the validity and feasibility of protecting the power supply of important area is verified.
