摘    要:随着华东电网负荷水平、装机容量和输变电规模的进一步扩大,大电源送出和500kV电网短路电流控制成为电网规划必须考虑解决的问题.根据华东电网发展规划,在国家电网公司总体规划指导下,"十一五"期间将开始建设特高压电网.结合华东电网皖电东送淮南-上海输变电工程,通过对不同方案比较计算,就特高压全压、降压和500kV方案的输电能力进行了分析,就特高压线路对华东电网提高输送能力的作用提出了建议,对特高压线路导线截面选择提出了设想.

Abstract:With the development of power load,installation capacity,and scale of transmission and distribution of East China Power Grid,the issues on large power sending and short-circuit current controlling for 500 kV grids must be considered during grid planning.According to the development plan of East China Power Grid,and under the guidance of the overall plan of State Power Grid,the UHV girds will be constructed during the "11th Five-Year" period.Based on the Huainan-Shanghai transmission engineering project,and through comparison calculation of different schemes,the transmission capacity of the UHV line under the operation condition of full voltage,under voltage,and at 500 kV voltage are analyzed respectively.Suggestions on the role of UHV lines in improving the transmission capacity of East China Power Grid are put forward,as well as ideas on selection of the conductor section for the UHV lines.
