摘    要:太赫兹频段是电磁波谱中极具科学价值但尚待完全开发的电磁辐射区域,其中,太赫兹辐射源是影响太赫兹频段能否被广泛应用的关键器件,也是太赫兹技术研究领域的前沿问题.基于光参量效应产生太赫兹波的方法具有非线性转换效率高、波长在一定范围内连续可调、易小型化、能够在室温下稳定运转等优点,近年来得到了广泛的关注.文章介绍了光参量效应...

Abstract:THz band is a radiation area full of scientific value but still needs further reearch.THz source is the key device for its application.Also,it is the forefront issues in the THz technology fields.The THz source via parametric process has being in depth research in recent years because of its merits of high nonlinear conversion efficiency,easy to miniaturize and operate in room-temperature with wide tunable frequency.This THz generation mechanism via parametric process and some influencing factors of the radiation are introduced.Also,recent research progress in this field is discussed and the future of this generation method is forecast.
