开口化成制度对半烧结镉镍电池性能的影响

摘    要:比较了两种开口化成制度对半烧结镉镍电池性能的影响。指出采用较大电流开口化成制度 ,虽然可以提高电池的容量及负极氧复合的能力 ,但对大电流放电性能、循环寿命及电池的均匀性等都带来十分不利的影响 ;而采用 0 .5C开口化成制度的电池 ,除了容量略低外 ,其它性能均很好。造成上述结果的主要原因是由于采用 1C开口化成制度时 ,电池不仅承受了较大电流的过充电 ,而且过充电量也较大 ,使得正极活性物质有一部分由 β NiOOH变成γ NiOOH ,电极体积膨胀很厉害 ,导电网络遭到破坏 ,内阻增加 ,寿命缩短 ,电池性能急剧恶化。

Abstract:The effects of two formation methods on the performance of Ni-Cd battery with sintered positive elec-trode and pasted negative electrode were compared. Although 1 C formation method increased the battery capac-ity and the negative electrode's ability to absorb O2, it brought negative effects on the performance of high rate discharge, cycle life and uniformity. In the mean time, the performance of the batteries, produced by 0.5 C formation method, was well except for capacity. The reason was analyzed. Under the 1 C method, the battery endured not only large current but also large overcharge. This caused partial positive electrode material transfer-ring to γ-NiOOH from β-NiOOH. Electrode expanded so seriously that the internal electrical conducting net-work was damaged, and the battery performance was undermined.
