Abstract:BGISC is a modern large-scale integrated iron and steel enterprise applying typical BF-converter flow in China, although its comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel is advanced at home, more large difference exists still as compared with first-class energy consumption level of world same enterprises. After introducing energy consumption general situation of BGISC, this paper compares it with Kimitsu's energy consumption of Nippon Steel Corporation, and seeks out concrete factor from production structure, energy structure and process energy consumption and so on, as a consequence puts forward energy-saving target and measures of BGISC 2000 years ago.
