苹果酸二薄荷酯的制备及其热裂解性质

摘    要:以薄荷醇和苹果酸为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用熔融酯化法制备苹果酸二薄荷酯。优化的反应条件为:催化剂用量w(对甲苯磺酸)=1 5%,原料配比n(薄荷醇)/n(苹果酸)=2 4,反应时间5h,反应温度120℃,苹果酸二薄荷酯收率达61 5%。产物经IR、MS和1HNMR进行了结构表征,并在300、600和900℃对其热裂解性质进行了研究。

Abstract:Dimenthyl malate was prepared from malic acid and menthol through direct melt esterification.The optimum preparation conditions were toluene- p -sulfonic acid as catalyst, w (toluene- p -sulfonic acid)=1 .5%, n (menthol)/ n (malic acid)=2 .4,reaction time 5 h and reaction temperature 120 ℃.The yield was 61 .5%.Structure of dimenthyl malate was confirmed by IR,MS and NMR.Furthermore,pyrolysis of dimenthyl malate at 300 ℃,600 ℃ and 900 ℃ was studied.
