| 摘 要： | 厦门鼓浪屿在旅游业快速发展的同时，在近代历史建筑的保护与改造再利用方面做了大量的实践工作。本文在对鼓浪屿近代洋楼实地调查的基础上，分析不同类型的保护与再利用实例，从建筑遗产保护和可持续发展的角度对其在保护与再利用过程中存在的问题进行评价，探讨更完善合理的近代历史建筑保护与再利用的方法。
