二种过渡元素和一种非过渡元素间形成三 元金属间化合物的规律

摘    要:利用Villars原子参数Rsp、VE、XMB研究二种过渡元素(T and T′)和一种非过渡元素(M)间形成三元金属间化合物的规律。若M的XMB大于1.45,则当T为前过渡金属而T′为后过渡金属时它们之间可形成三元金属间化合物。本文亦研究了含两个后过渡金属或两个前过渡的T-T′-M系的三元金属间化合物的规律。

Regularities of Formation of Ternary Intermetallic Compounds Between None Nontransition Element and Two Transition Elements
Abstract:Villars's system of atomic parameters, Rsp, VE and XMB, has been used to investigate the regularities of the formation of ternary intermetallic compounds between one nontransition element (M) and two transition elements (T and T'). It has been found that ternary compounds are usually formed when T is an early transition metal and T' is a later transition metal if the XMB of nontransition metal M is larger than 1.45. The regularities of formation of ternary intermetallic compounds in the T-T'-M with two later transition elements or two early transition elements are also investigated.
