密封容器混合气体充入方式的试验研究

Experimental Study of Method of Mixed Gas Filling in Sealed Container

Abstract:Taking a sealed container as the research object,this paper adopted helium leakage detection method to conduct experimental research on 3 different charging modes,so as to determine the charging mode of the shortest time of uniform gas mixing.It provides guidance for this kind of practical work.Experimental results show that the 3 filling methods can achieve uniform gas mixing in the whole space,but the required time is different.When N2 is first filled and then He is filled,it is basically uniform after 2 h of standing.When filling with He first and then N2,after standing for 1.5 h,the He volume fraction inside is basically uniform.When mixed with a buffer container and then filled with the container,the He concentration inside reaches a uniform level within 30 minutes.
