对液化天然气公交车供气系统中的燃料储罐等关键部件进行了研究，并对所选用的燃料储罐、供气管路等部件在Cummins CG—250发动机试验台架上进行了试验研究。台架试验结果表明：发动机采用所选择的供气系统基本达到了原机的功率和扭矩水平；同时发动机具有明显的低速大转矩特征，而且随发动机转速的变化，转矩曲线比较平坦。在台架试验的基础上，与上海申沃客车有限公司合作开发了SWB6115LQ—3型液化天然气公交车，样车试制完成后，委托上海机动车检测中心对样车进行了车辆参数和有关性能的测试；测试结果表明，所开发的液化天然气公交车具有较好的动力性和排放指标，能够满足公交车的使用要求。

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF LNG FOR BUSSES 1)

The key components of gas-supplying system for LNG busses such as the fuel-storing tank etc. are studied. And the components of the selected fuel tank and gas-supplying pipeline, etc. are tested on Cummins CG-250 engine-testing table. The results show: using the selected gas-supplying system, the engine reaches the original power and torque. Furthermore, the engine possesses the features of low speed and big rotary torque, and the curve of rotary torque is smooth as the rotary speed of the engine changes. Based on the table experiment, and cooperating with Shanghai Sunwin Bus Co. Ltd., the SWB6115 LQ-3 LNG bus is developed. After the sample bus was made, the parameters and performance of the bus are tested by Shanghai Vehicle Testing Center. The testing results indicate the LNG bus has good driving performance and effluent index, and meets the application requirements of busses.
