Abstract:In order to overcome the defects of the low-level automation of the present sluice gates control on the Yellow River, this paper puts forward the remote monitoring-control system of the sluice gates on the Yellow River downstream. It also describes the new system structure, the design method of hardware and software as well as their functions.
