摘    要:应用有限元法对XN2110柴油机机体进行有限元模态分析,可以发现体体各阶主模态模态刚度较差的薄弱部位。提出了一种提高刚度和强度的方法,使机体具有高刚度,轻重量的优点,从而达到机体变形最小,保证机体在载荷作用下具有较高同轴度的目的,最终达到提高工作效率,减少噪音的目的。

Abstract:In this paper, the model character of XN2110 engine block is analyzed by using the finite element analysis.From the analysis results,the rigid weakness of the block in each main model can be found.A kind of method to increase block's rigidity and strength is pointedout,so that the block can be designel with high rigidity and strength,less deformation,high coaxiality.The working efficiency can be increased,and working noise be reduced.
