基于Geomagic、Imageware和Pro/E的机械零件逆向建模方法

摘    要:针对目前专用逆向工程设计软件提供的面的质量不高以及CAD软件读取海量点云存在处理速度慢的问题,提出了一种将Geomagic、Imageware和Pro/E结合的机械零件逆向建模方法。进行了模型重建具体方案设计,并阐述了该方案的建模策略、数据处理及建模质量等主要问题。最后进行了方案实例应用,为探索逆向工程在机械零件模型重建中的应用提供技术借鉴。

Abstract:Special reverse engineering software provide poor surface quality and CAD software read mass point - data with slow speed, reverse modeling methods of mechanical parts based on Geomagic, Imageware and Pro/E is proposed to solve this problem. Specific programs model reconstruction was designed and the modeling strategy, data processing and reconstruction quality etc. At last, an example of a program application was done. This work will provide technical reference for reverse engineering in the application of mechanical equipment parts model reconstruction.
