摘    要:回转式油页岩干馏反应器是目前应用广泛的油页岩低温干馏设备,由于设备的360连续旋转,反应器内的参数检测一直是监控的难点。基于IEEE 802.15.4无线标准,以CC2430为基础芯片,给出回转式油页岩干馏反应器ZigBee无线参数测量系统,包括传感器终端节点及协调器节点,实现现场数据采集、ZigBee无线通信及远程数据处理。在1h工作周期及100 m工作距离内的现场测试中,信号未见衰减,参数测量稳定,测量精度达到设计要求;同时上位机软件对实时数据的管理,为系统的实时监控提供测量基础。

Abstract:Rotary oil shale pyrolysis reactors are widely used in the low-temperature carbonization of oil shale facilities.Because of the 360-degree pivoting of the equipment,it is difficult to monitor the parameters inside the reactor.The ZigBee wireless measurement system of pyrolysis reactors was presented based on TI’s CC2430 and complied with IEEE 802.15.4 wireless standard,including sensor terminal nodes and coordinator nodes for field data collection,ZigBee wireless communications and remote data processing.In the practical test within 1 h working period and 100 m working distance,the signal intensity did not change significantly,the system was stable and the measurement accuracy met the design requirements.Meanwhile,PC software effectively managed real-time data,which provided a basis for measuring of pyrolysis process.
