摘    要:介绍了玻璃成分设计原则、发展的阶段和计算机模拟设计。玻璃成分设计发展的阶段分为摸索设计阶段、经验设计阶段、实验设计阶段和理论设计阶段。目前为止,工厂大部分停留大实验设计阶段,利用线性关系式和实验系数进行玻璃成分设计。阐述了计算机的模拟设计,包括正交设计法和优化设计法。列出了利用数据库和专家系统进行玻璃成分设计的流程。最后建议除了根据玻璃性质、使用功能和制造成本要求进行玻璃成分设计外,还应将节约能源、减少污染作为量化指标,进行玻璃成分设计。

Abstract:The basic principles,development stages and computer simulation methods involved in glass composition design were reviewed.The development stages of glass composition design are classified into four stages:trial and error,experience,experiment and theory.The current glass composition design mainly focuses on the experiment stage.Linear formulas combined with experimental coefficients can be used for glass composition design.The computer simulation design was integrated with orthogonal and optimized design.Flowcharts for glass composition design include a database and an expert system.It was also proposed that the glass composition design must be contented on a quantitative target for energy saving and pollution control in addition to the desired glass properties,applications and production cost.
