| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了水价模式的研究背景,总结了国内学者在水价要素、制定原则、模式类别和现实运用方面的研究成果,指出了现有研究的不足,并结合我国水资源稀缺、人均收入较低以及法律缺失的现实,提出了我国应该建立灵活多样的水价模式的观点.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background of our research,and then summarize the recent achievements of domestic scholars in aspects of the determinating factors,principles,categories and applications of water price.Next points out several flaws of the researches in existence.Considering the facts about the exiguity of water resource,the lowness of personal revenue and the blankness of related laws,suggests a multiform water price model. |
