高刷新率高稳定性LED恒流驱动电路的设计

摘    要:为了提升LED显示屏的画面质量,设计了一款高刷新率高稳定性LED恒流驱动电路。将一个完整的PWM划分为32段,通过改进M序列设计了一个新颖的计数器,产生了不规则的PWM提高了视觉刷新率。同时改进带隙基准源和采用高输出阻抗电流镜,提高了电流的稳定性。
