T_iO_2的表面处理及其在PP中的分散行为

摘    要:选用硅烷偶联剂KH–570对TiO_2进行表面处理,并采用热失重分析、红外光谱分析、两相沉降测试、接触角测试等对其进行表征。结果表明,KH–570改性使纳米TiO_2由亲水性变为亲油性,在溶剂中有较好的分散稳定性,并且接触角提高到107°。将改性后TiO_2与聚丙烯(PP)基体通过熔融共混制成复合膜,并采用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热法进行分析。结果表明,未改性TiO_2存在较大的团聚,而改性后的TiO_2在PP中分散比较均匀,说明表面处理提高了TiO_2与PP的相容性。此外纳米TiO_2的添加对结晶和熔融行为影响不大。

Abstract:Titanium dioxide (TiO2) was modified by using the coupling agent KH-570.The modified TiO2(m-TiO2) were tested by thermogravimetric,infrared spectra,two-phase settlement tests and contact angle tests.The results show that m-TiO2 particles became hydrophobicity from hydrophilicity and has a contact angle 107°.Then m-TiO2 and polypropylene(PP) were blended through melt compounding.Scanning electron microscope and differential scanning calorimetry were used to study the dispersion and crystallization performance of PP composite film.The results show that the aggregations size of m-TiO2 are smaller than TiO2 without modification and m-TiO2 is dispersed more uniformly in PP matrix indicating the surface treatment improving the compatibility between TiO2 and PP.In addition,the m-TiO2 has slight effects on crystallization and melting behaviors of PP.
