汽车后扰流板大型热流道注射模设计

摘    要:通过对某汽车后扰流板的结构特点和使用要求的分析,设计了一套一模一腔的注射模具,重点介绍了模具浇注系统、内侧分型与抽芯机构、冷却系统、推出机构、排气系统等设计要点。模具采用"热流道转冷流道"流道结构、11个斜推块内抽芯机构、冷却水道结合隔水板进行冷却、"直推+斜推+顶针"推出方式。实践证明,该模具结构设计合理、运行可靠,生产的塑件满足使用要求。

Abstract:The structure characteristics and use requirements of an automobile rear wing were analyzed. Furthermore, an injection mould that forming the part simultaneously was designed. The designs of runner system,inner side core-pulling mechanism,cooling system,ejecting mechanism as well as exhaust system were presented. The characteristics of the mould structure included"hot runner + common runner"structure ,eleven slanted ejecting mechanisms,cooling water channel combined with water baffle,"ejector pad + slanted ejecting block + ejector pin". The practical production proves that the mould structure design is reasonable,and the running state is reliable,the quality of processed parts meets the technical requirement.
