The product features of plastic parts under the table lamp base cover was analyzeed.On this basis,the plastic injection molding process,the number of cavities and its arrangement,design of the mold structure was determined.The design of mold core and cavity and cooling system was optimized.The design of the typical parts such as the main channel,the bush and the pushing mechanism were mainly introduced.Its design idea has certain reference for the design of other plastic parts.
