特种量杯多向斜顶成型注塑模具设计

摘    要:介绍了一种特种量杯的注塑模具设计。通过分析产品的细节特征,确定采用哈夫块抽芯内侧斜顶成型的模具结构,以解决抽芯问题。模具采用一模一腔的行腔布局形式,为避免产生外观浇口痕迹,采用了点浇口进浇保证表面质量。经实践验证,该模具结构紧凑合理,塑件质量稳定,为同类型产品提供了良好的解决方案。

Abstract:The injection mold design for the special measuring cup was presented. According to the details from the piece, the mold was designed with half structure and angle lifter to solve the core-pulling problems. The layout of one module one cavity was determined. The point gate was used to ensure the surface quality of the parts with no defects such as gate marks. The practice proves that the mold structure is compact and reasonable. The quality of the plastic parts is stable. It is a good solution for the same type of products.
