摘    要:针对汽车内饰件储蓄盒内腔底部表面存在印痕影响其外观品质的问题,对推杆端面与塑件表面的接触位置进行修改,将推杆端面纹理复映在没有外观质量要求的塑件外背底面,并在不影响塑件使用性能情况下,在塑件外背两侧设计4条对称分布的耳带,以实现塑件的顺利脱模。通过理论分析并结合实际试验确定了该塑件耳带结构参数直径取值3~4 mm。实际注塑试验证明,该设计能够可靠地实现塑件顺利脱模,有效地保证了塑件的外观品质,为同类产品的结构及模具设计提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the imprints existed on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of a auto saving box affects the appearance quality of the automobile interior part,the contact position of ejector pin end surface and the plastic part surface was changed,the imprints of the ejector pin end surface was duplicated on the outside bottom of the plastic part without the requirements of appearance quality. Then four symmetrical ear bands were designed on both sides of the plastic part outside for real-izing the successful demoulding and they had no effects on the using performance of the plastic part. Based on the theoretical analysis and practical tests,the diameter for the ear bands was determined and it was 3-4 mm. The injection molding experiments show that the design can reliably realize demoulding and effectively guarantee the appearance quality of the plastic part. It provides reference for the design of similar products.
