固体推进剂用喷涂聚脲包覆材料的性能

摘    要:以喷涂聚脲(SPUAE)弹性体作为基体,通过加入阻燃剂、烧蚀填料和工艺助剂等制备了SPUAE基包覆材料,并对该包覆材料进行了相容性、旋转黏度和烧蚀性能表征。结果表明,该包覆材料与固体推进剂的相容性好,工艺助剂可以明显降低包覆材料胶液的旋转黏度,以3.5水硼酸锌、云母粉和联二脲组合的填料体系能显著改善包覆材料的耐烧蚀性能和烧蚀面形貌,线烧蚀率从1.06 mm/s降低到0.369 mm/s,烧蚀面致密光滑。

Abstract:The coating was produced from the matrix spray polyurea(SPUAE) elastomer by adding fire retardant,alation filler and processing aids etc.Compatibility,rotation viscosity and ablation resistance were all characterized.The results show that compatibility of coating and propellant is good.The add of processing aids could decrease the rotation viscosity of coating glue soluting.Packing system of 3.5 zinc borate,mica powder and biurea could obviously improve the ablation resistance and erosion surface morphology.Linear ablative rate of SPUAE coating reduce to 0.369 mm/s from 1.06 mm/s.Erosion surface morphology is dense and smooth.
