摘    要:江西新余发电有限责任公司两台200MW机组均采用中间储仓式制粉系统和16台GF-9型叶轮给粉机。自投产以来,给粉机一直下粉不均,风粉混合浓度波动很大,严重影响锅炉的安全、经济、稳定运行。通过运行分析对比,查出给粉机给粉量失控的原因,提出了合理的解决方案。

Abstract:bin and feeder ball mill coal pulverizing systems is been employed at Jiangxi Xinyu thermal power plant.Since the system formally on production,jam of coal powder feeder and wind-powder consistency undulating severely happened often,it gave negative effect on boilor's running.Though comparison way,the reasons asked for feeder's control disorder been found clearly,and a reasonable solution way been put forward.
