摘    要:某厂 1999年底建成的年产万吨氯乙酸生产装置采用了自动控制系统 ,本文针对其结晶釜温度控制方案提出了具体的改进措施 ,即通过使用合理的预热水槽 ,并对其施加一定的控制方案 ,以降低结晶釜夹套的进水预热过程和釜内温度控制过程的耦合度 ,提高氯乙酸结晶工序的控制性能

Abstract:An antomatic control system was adopted in a factory for the chloroactic acid(MCA)'s producing device,which was constructed at the end of the year 1999.The device can produce 10,000 ton MCA a year.This article prompts a concrete improvement in the temperature control scheme of the crystallizing utensil for this device.In this article,a proper preheating-tank is advised be used in MCA's crystallizing-procedure.And if a certain control method is exert on it,the coupling degree between the process of the preheating water for the crystallizing-caldron and the process of the control of the crystallization temperature can be reduced,so the control function of the crystallization procedure will be improved.
