摘    要:水轮机是将水的动能和势能转变为电能的大型机械,在高速运转时,叶片受到泥沙磨损和空蚀破坏,需要定期进行修复.全国每年由于机组大修减少的发电量达到上万千瓦小时,造成了很大的经济损失.对水轮机转轮叶片的修复采用人工作业时,效率低,工作环境恶劣,而且人工打磨后的叶片形状很难和原设计形状吻合,严重影响到水轮机的过流,降低水轮机工...
