| 摘 要： | 介绍了多组分玻璃光纤、石英光纤和聚合物光纤在医学照明上的应用,现今医学上应用的光纤传光束以多组分玻璃光纤为主,传光束直径多在0.50-6mm之间,光纤传光束能将光直接引入到需要照明观察或诊断部位,具有体积小、操作方便和冷光照明的特点,典型的光纤传光束照明应用包括内窥镜、五官科用检查镜和手术用光纤照明镜等,光纤在医学上的应用解决了传统医疗器械的照明问题,使医用器械的性能得到很大改善和提高。

| Abstract: | Applications of multi-component glass fiber, silica fiber and polymer optical fiber to medical illumination are introduced. Now optical light-guiding bundle applied in medical is the most of multi- component glass fiber.The diameter of optical light-guiding bundle is between 0.50mm and 6mm. It can straightly conduct light to the position where illumination and observation or diagnosis are need. It is provided with the features of little volume, convenient operation and cold light. The typical illuminative application of optical light-guiding bundle contains endoscope, facial features inspector, surgical optical fiber lighting apparatus. Application of optical fiber in the medicine has solved the illuminative questions of medical instrument and has improved and increased the features of medical instrument. |
